Meet Kale Kitchens
Founder, Saber IT Consulting — Your Outsourced IT Director
I started my career the way most IT professionals do — learning the craft hands-on, solving problems in small shops, and building the technical foundation that everything else would rest on. But the work that really shaped me was what came next.
For six years, I managed IT across more than 40 healthcare locations throughout the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding communities. Clinics, specialty practices, multi-site networks operating under strict compliance requirements, clinical staff who needed their systems working the moment patients walked in the door. That environment taught me something most IT consultants never learn: technology decisions aren’t just technical decisions. They’re business decisions. And the person in the room who understands both sides of that conversation is worth more than any single fix.
When I founded Saber IT Consulting, I wasn’t trying to build another break-fix shop. I wanted to create something I’d never quite found in the market — a true IT partner for business leaders who are smart enough to know they need better technology leadership, but practical enough to know they don’t need a full-time CIO to get it.
Today my clients include healthcare organizations, law firms, and businesses across a range of industries. Some need me to build and manage their infrastructure directly. Others already have MSPs and vendors doing the work — they just need someone they trust to manage those relationships, hold providers accountable, and make sure their technology is actually serving their business. I do both.
That’s Saber. Sharp when it matters.
